About Our Team

D. Keith Jones is an author, speaker, and recognized leader in the field of Professional Development & Emotional Intelligence Training. He served as an officer at a Fortune 200 Company (Unum Corporation) and is a graduate of Unum’s Senior Leadership & Accelerated Development Program. He was the Lead Facilitator & Trainer for Foresight Management & Development Company, as well as a Volunteer EQ instructor for the Georgia Department of Corrections. He is also a Certified Emotional Intelligence instructor.
In 2019, Keith joined Catoosa County Schools as the Talent Development Specialist. During this time, he has developed the ‘ABC’s for NexGen’, which is a one-year Emotional Intelligence training curriculum, designed specifically for today’s high school students. In addition, he has just completed two brand new EQ training programs entitled, ‘The MAGIC of EQ’, and, ‘Elite MAGIC’.
Keith is the CO-CEO of EQ Bridge LLC, a company dedicated to bridging the Emotional Intelligence gap that exist in today’s ever-changing workplace.

WHY We do what we do!

After years of not taking action, we decided it was time to dedicate ourselves to addressing the challenges that we see in our society today. The days of personal connections and deeper understanding between one another have begun to fade away. We believe, in order to have a coherent and fluent school, work, and social environment, we utilize an emotional ‘dashboard’ to ensure we foster a healthy environment that brings out the best in us and those around us.
